ABOUT
In 2014, the unforeseen closure of a long standing company resulting in the redundancy of management and engineers part way through a project that led to the formation of
LFG Electrical Ltd.
Strong work ethic and the dedication of a team resulted in completion for a client, continuation for a workforce and a new company with it's first customer.
Previous clients soon sought to engage with the respected team, taking comfort in knowing that they could continue to trust a company to take a project from the planning stages through to completion with all aspects of organisation, health and safety and regulations taken care of.
LFG Electrical Ltd continue to grow, not only in terms of it's investment in staff and equipment but also with it's client base. Every job, regardless of it's size and type, is carried out to the highest of standards which has resulted in not only repeat business but also countless recommendations and a reputation that we cherish.
All of our engineers are DBS checked, we hold £10 million public liability insurance and pride ourselves on our NICEIC, ECA and TrustMark accreditations.

SERVICES
Design
From a minor alteration in a domestic property to a complete retail or office refurbishment, we can plan every detail and take care of all steps of the project, including CDM if required.
Installation
The calibre of our engineers is one of the things that helps to build our exemplary reputation.
Installing market leading materials to the highest of standards ensures that our installations not only stand out against competitors but also stand the test of time.
Inspection & Testing
All of our installations are tested with NICEIC certification issued upon completion.
Where required, we will notify Building Regulations of the work carried out.
EIC Reports
Electrical Installation Condition Report - formerly the Periodic Inspection and Test. Sometimes referred to as a 'landlord certificate' or 'fixed wire testing'.
Wether you are a landlord, estate agent, home owner/seller or responsible for the safety of a commercial/industrial building - we can carry out a comprehensive EIC Report and provide a quotation and advice for any none compliances that may be identified.
Due to circuits requiring isolation for part of the inspecting and testing we understand the inconvenience this can cause to a business so will always work to be as
accommodating as possible and will work outside of normal business hours if required.
Thermography
Thermographic inspection of electrical installations using infrared cameras that indicate temperatures.
Performing a thermographic inspection will highlight problems with electrical infrastructure under load during the testing process. Any problematic area will be highlighted as an abnormal temperature shown through a high definition video or detailed photograph.
A comprehensive report can be compiled from the information captured with recommended steps to take to rectify any issues that may be identified.
PAT Testing
Portable Appliance Testing - from 5 items in a kitchen to 2,000 items requiring asset tagging and cataloguing, we can accommodate to suit. As with EIC Reports, we understand the inconvenience testing can cause so will always discuss the option of carrying out the work outside of normal working hours to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.
Security Alarms & CCTV
We can assess the most suitable system for your requirements from a wireless or hard wired alarm system to analogue or IP CCTV.
For extra protection and piece of mind we can install automated alarm systems and remotely monitored camera systems that can be accessed from a simple app on your mobile phone.
Fire Alarm Systems
From a mains powered battery backup system in a dwelling to a complex addressable fire alarm in an office block or hotel, we can supply, install and maintain all different types of systems to
accommodate your requirements and to comply with BS5839-1:2013.
We are also a Nest Professional registered installer for the latest in leading edge protection for homes.
Network Cabling
We can offer a full installation and test of complete office suites,
relocations as part of refurbishments
or simply, a data point ran from a router in your home. Whether it's Cat5e or Cat6 that you require, we can assess and plan your exact requirements.
LED Lighting
